1. 適用範圍 Scope

本政策說明 Android App「鬧鐘通知」的備份功能（在 Google 與 Microsoft 登入畫面上顯示為「自有工具設定備份」）如何處理資料。這是開發者個人使用的工具，沒有上架到應用程式商店。

This policy explains how the backup feature of the Android app shown on the Google and Microsoft sign-in screens as "自有工具設定備份" (Own Tools Settings Backup) handles data. It is a personal tool used by its developer and is not published on any app store.

2. 存取的資料 Data accessed

Google 雲端硬碟：只使用 https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file 權限，用來建立備份資料夾、上傳備份檔、列出與移除 App 自己建立的舊備份。App 無法看到或修改雲端硬碟裡的其他檔案。
Google Drive: only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope, used to create a backup folder, upload backup files, and list and remove older backups the app itself created. The app cannot see or change any other file in your Drive.
Microsoft OneDrive：只使用 Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder 與 offline_access，只能讀寫 OneDrive 裡這個 App 的專用資料夾；offline_access 讓自動備份不用每次重新登入。
Microsoft OneDrive: only Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder and offline_access — read and write access to the app's own folder only; offline_access lets automatic backups run without signing in each time.
App 不讀取聯絡人、相片、位置或雲端上的任何其他資料。
The app does not read contacts, photos, location, or any other cloud data.

3. 資料如何使用與儲存 How data is used and stored

備份檔在手機上用使用者自己設定的密碼加密（AES-256）後才上傳，只存放在使用者自己的雲端空間。
Backup files are encrypted on the phone (AES-256) with a password chosen by the user before upload, and are stored only in the user's own cloud storage.
App 直接連到 Google 與 Microsoft 的服務，開發者沒有伺服器，不會收到、保存或看到使用者的資料、密碼或登入權杖。
The app talks directly to Google and Microsoft services. The developer runs no server and never receives, stores, or sees the user's data, password, or sign-in tokens.
登入權杖只保存在手機上，並由 Android 的金鑰庫加密。
Sign-in tokens are kept only on the phone, encrypted with the Android Keystore.
App 只保留最新 10 份備份，較舊的會移到雲端的垃圾桶／資源回收筒。使用者可以隨時自行刪除備份。
The app keeps the 10 most recent backups and moves older ones to the cloud trash / recycle bin. Users can delete their backups at any time.

4. 分享與廣告 Sharing and advertising

不出售、不分享、不轉移任何資料給第三方；沒有廣告、沒有分析或追蹤工具。

No data is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party. There are no ads, analytics, or tracking tools.

本 App 使用與轉移從 Google API 取得的資訊，遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包括「有限使用」規定。

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. 撤銷存取 Revoking access

在 App 的「設定 → 定存雲端備份」按「解除連結」會停止備份並刪除手機上的權杖。
Tap "Unlink" in the app's Settings → cloud backup to stop backups and delete the tokens on the phone.
Google：Google 帳戶 → 第三方應用程式和服務。
Google: Google Account → Third-party apps & services.
Microsoft：Microsoft 帳戶 → 應用程式和服務。
Microsoft: Microsoft account → Apps and services.

6. 兒童 Children

本 App 不以兒童為對象。The app is not directed to children.

7. 政策變更 Changes

政策如有更新，會修改本頁並更新生效日期。Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
